Research Project Keio 2040 (Creativity): Revolutionary & Interdisciplinary Soft Matter Integration Project (RISΣ project)
Creativity
Summary
Japan, the world's most aged country, will be facing a national crisis of a "super-aged society" in 2040. Cutting-edge interdisciplinary young scientists have gathered to address this social challenge with a backcasting approach. Based on the theme of "What will be a sustainable civilized society opened up by Soft Matter technologies ?," we will invent revolutionary technologies that can realize a human-machine symbiosis (social harmony & physical fusion) and aim to propose a new form of society.
