Summary

This research aims at developing a new service scenario by integrating two retail service concepts of which one was developed in the previous joint research project between the GSEC Lab. of Keio University and KDDI Research, Inc. and the other was done individually by KDDI Research, Inc. In addition, it also tries to produce practical customer journey maps for the proposed service scenario and evaluate its effectiveness with target users.
