Summary
Donald Trump administration in the United States has shaken security governance since its birth in 2016. That security problem includes Japan-U.S. security alliance, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), trade and technology conflicts with China, negotiation with North Korea, cyber security issues and COVID-19. U.S. presidential election in 2020 is a key event to foresee next four years and can be a critical factor in international relations. This project investigates widely these issues and considers Japan's possible policies.
