Designing services for a smart town to enable its community co-creation

Summary
This project aims at developing a service to support community well-being of Tsunashima Sustainable Smart Town (TSST) by collaborating with various town users including foreign students living in the international dormitory of Keio University. In particular, it exploits the facilities of TSST-Lab being operated jointly by Panasonic and Keio and also integrates ICT and human-centered service design approach to develop new service ideas, prototypes, and business models.
