Summary
This research tries to develop a behavioral model of effective idea generation workshops to generate a prototype for a service to enhance their creative productivity by integrating approaches of human-centered design and behavioral science such as behavioral economics and psychology. Through the research process, it also promotes the international exchange among behavioral scientists and service designers.
