"Leadership and Negotiation" project pursues research on a negotiation capability that is essential for leaders to engage in problem solving. The major focuses of the research are case study analysis of the past diplomatic negotiations and business negotiations, a correlation between negotiation and emotion, and research and development of an educational program for developing a negotiation capability required for leaders. The research will particularly focus on negotiation strategies for the international dispute resolution. The study findings will be widely disseminated to the society through research paper, book publication and implementation of the educational program.
