[Event Report] Research Project Keio 2040: 2040 Quest ~Challengers to the Future~ in Minato Mirai (held on October 20-22, 2023)
2024.01.29Research Project Keio 2040 (hereinafter referred to as 2040PJ), aiming to address the anticipated demographic crisis known as the "2040 Issue," where Japan is predicted to face a national crisis ahead of the world in terms of an unprecedented aging population problem, organized the "2040 Quest: Challengers to the Future" event in collaboration with Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. The event took place over three days from October 20th to 22nd, 2023, at Landmark Plaza (Minato Mirai).
Comprising over 20 sponsoring companies, more than 150 cutting-edge researchers from around the world, and numerous startups and students, 2040PJ is one of the nation's largest industry-academia collaboration project, boasting a total of over 400 members. During the event, various live stages, interactive workshops, and exhibits were showcased based on the research achievements of 2040PJ. With the participation of over 161 exhibitors from more than 40 organizations, the event attracted a total of over 22,000 visitors during the three-day period.
